Opening Demo: The Eye-Opener

09:00 - 09:10

Our little 1st of December treat. A powerful live demo that surprises and challenges - proving from the start what’s possible when data flows.

Keynote:
Digitalization and Automation — technology and inspiration, but what are the real challenges?

09:15 - 09:35

Karl Jonny Hersvik

Chief Executive Officer, Aker BP

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work. Traditional processes are collapsing, and intelligent agents are taking over tasks once handled by humans. This shift is laying the foundation for unprecedented leaps in efficiency.

Panel debate:
Industrial Transformation — from silos to shared value

09:45 - 10:45

Introduction: Halting the decline – our biggest task ever

Markus Nævestad (Rystad Energy).jpg

Framing by Markus Nævestad

Senior Partner, Rystad Energy

Following a rush of PDO’s in recent years, operators are now facing new challenges to deliver on its ambitions for the NCS. Producing fields are entering tail-end production, discoveries are smaller, and frontier exploration has resulted in limited success. How can operators deliver on their communicated ambitions, weighing infrastructure-led exploration and frontier exploration against IOR measures? We’ve seen an increasing will from operators to share physical infrastructure like helicopters and offshore vessels – can data sharing as a next step unlock additional value? The presentation will look at potential impact of future exploration and weigh it against impact of increased recovery across mature fields

VP Future Operations, Equinor

Digitalization has long been identified as an enabler for safer, more efficient and competitive deliveries. While many technologies have been implemented and scaled, others continue to emerge in disruptive or non-disruptive ways. But it's not only technology that has been changing around us and within key context changes in the NCS energy business there is a call to reflect on current and future digitalization needs.

Data Logistics & AAS– The Strategic Road to Cost Efficiency and Interoperability

14:45 - 15:05

Frank Possel-Dölken (Phoenix Contact AS).jpg

Frank Possel-Dölken

CDO, Phoenix Contact AS

In today’s industrial landscape, achieving both cost efficiency and seamless interoperability is critical for competitiveness. Phoenix Contact, under the leadership of Chief Digital Officer Dr. Frank Possel-Dölken, is pioneering this transformation by combining data logistics principles with the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) as a strategic enabler.

AAS is not just a technical specification—it is a foundation for data sovereignty, traceability, and intelligent collaboration across ecosystems. By embedding AAS into corporate and industry-wide strategies, Phoenix Contact demonstrates how interoperability and AI-driven innovation can coexist with efforts to reduce the marginal cost of B2B data traffic. This approach turns fragmented data islands into connected, value-generating networks, paving the way for a future where digitalization drives both efficiency and resilience.

EqHub + AAS = A True
DISC Love Story from Norway’s Offshore Supply Chain

EqHub is already deeply integrated into Norway’s offshore supply chain, making equipment data and documentation accessible to contractors and operators like Equinor, Aker BP, Aker Solutions and Aibel.
Now, the next step is transformative: adopting Asset Administration Shell (AAS) as the common data backbone. AAS turns static documents into structured, interoperable and most of all living digital twins, enabling automated coding in SAP, streamlined SPIR processes, and providing direct data flow from manufacturers.

Webstep

The Intelligent Facility: The Magic of Data

Will demonstrate how today’s facility models become far more valuable when we move from documents and drawings to structured information models, using the Huldra model as an example. By extracting data from the model’s drawings into a knowledge graph, the information becomes machine-readable, connected and searchable across systems, so engineers can ask questions directly to the model instead of searching documents. This lets them quickly see which components are part of a system, which requirements apply, and how changes affect the rest of the facility – in seconds rather than hours or days.
