POSC Caesar Association (PCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting information — across companies, systems, and applications.
We develop and maintain the PCA Reference Data Library Platform (PCA RDL Platform), a modern foundation for standardized, structured, and trusted data. This platform makes it easier to create, use, and manage reference data so that industries can work together more efficiently.
PCA brings together industry experts, standards bodies, and technology providers to collaborate on shared reference data, ontologies and tools — including ISO 15926, CFIHOS, IDO, IMF Types and more. Our platform supports open contributions, structured governance, and clear version control to ensure that the data evolves in step with the needs of the industry.
By supporting semantic interoperability, PCA helps reduce duplication, streamline integration, and enable smarter decision-making across the full lifecycle of assets and operations.
